国土空间规划体系下“异地安置”型村庄规划编制的思考——以义乌市思古塘村为例

《浙江省村庄规划编制技术要点》(以下简称《要点》);明确,以城镇开发边界为界,边界以外的村庄编制村庄规划,边界中城镇集中建设区内的村庄不再编制村庄规划。文章旨在探讨国土空间规划体系下,原村旧址位于开发边界外,新址实施“异地安置”政策后位于城镇集中建设区的村庄的规划编制要点及编制意义。

Technical Points of Village Planning in Zhejiang Province provides that the village which outside the development boundary will be made village planning,or it will not.Under the Land and Space Planning System,this paper discusses the key points and significance of the planning of villages located in urban centralized construction areas after the implementation of the"relocation"policy.
