浅谈“空心村”现象及其发展构想

Talking about the“Hollow Village”Phenomenon and Its Development Concept

城镇化的发展使得资源越来越往城镇集中,而乡村则产生不同程度的“空心村”现象,其主要表现为人口流失与房屋废弃两方面。文章从自然灾害、城镇化、乡村衰败三个维度对乡村人口流失的原因进行了细致分析;从房屋的衰败、土地观念、管理法规等方面对房屋废弃进行阐述;最后结合我国乡村振兴背景,提出对空心村的发展利用构想,旨在为其发展提供借鉴。

The development of urbanization has made resources more and more concentrated in cities and towns,while villages have produced varying degrees of"hollow villages",which are mainly manifested in two aspects:population loss and house abandonment.This paper analyzes the causes of rural population loss from the three dimensions of natural disasters,urbanization,and rural decline;expounds the abandonment of houses from the aspects of house decline,land concepts,and management regulations.Finally,based on the background of rural revitalization in my country,the concept of the development and utilization of the hollow village is proposed,which aims to provide a reference for its development.
