杏林老工业区改造对城市空间发展的影响与策略

The Influence and Strategy of the Renewal of Xinglin Old Industrial Area on Urban Space Development

由于快速的城市化,厦门产业结构正在从传统制造业向高新产业发展转移,存在许多老工业区被闲置或废弃。文章以老工业区改造、城市空间发展为研究对象,以厦门杏林老工业区为例,从功能、经济、场地、交通及景观五大空间要素,分析老工业区改造与城市空间发展的现状与问题,研究老工业区对城市空间发展的影响。通过发现两者之间存在的不足之处和相互影响,从功能定位与分区、产业升级与改造、开发强度与密度、路网与交通连接、文化与生态环境五方面提出相应改善策略,以引导厦门集美区城市空间形态结构优化与重组,使城市老工业区与城市空间契合发展。

Due to rapid urbanization,Xiamen’s industrial structure is shifting from traditional manufacturing to high-tech industries,and many old industrial areas are left idle or abandoned.This paper takes the transformation of the old industrial area and the development of urban space as the research object.Taking Xinglin old industrial zone in Xiamen as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the reconstruction of old industrial zone and urban space development from the five spatial elements of function,economy,site,traffic and landscape,and studies the influence of old industrial zone on urban space development.By discovering existing deficiencies and mutual influence between,from the function orientation and partition,industrial upgrading and transformation,development intensity and density,road network and traffic connection,cultural and ecological environment in five aspects put forward the corresponding improvement strategy,to guide the xiamen jimei district urban space form structure optimization and reorganization,make urban old industrial zone and urban spatial development.
