混合居住模式下的人才安居房建设策略研究——以南京市江北新区为例

Research on the Strategy of Talents Housing Construction under the Mixed Housing Mode:A Case of Jiangbei New Area in Nanjing

通过合理的建设人才住房,提高南京市江北新区人才吸附力,为了解决目前江北新区各类各级人才的住房需求,促进房地产市场健康有序的发展,在法规和制度上保障各类人才的住房权益,最大限度地满足江北新区不同层次人才居住的稳定发展需要,根据江北新区实际发展状态,结合新区社会环境与住房的现状及混合居住模式的特点,提出基于混合居住模式的人才安居房建设策略,为未来南京市江北新区人才房建设提供思路。

Through the reasonable construction of talent housing,improve the talent adsorption power of Jiangbei New Area in Nanjing,in order to solve the housing needs of all kinds of talents at all levels in Jiangbei New Area,promote the healthy and orderly development of the real estate market,in regulations and systems to protect the housing rights and interests of all kinds of talents,to maximize the satisfaction of the stable development needs of talents living at different levels in Jiangbei New Area,according to the actual development status of Jiangbei New Area,combined with the current social environment and housing in the new area and mixed housing model characteristics,this is put forward the construction strategy of talent housing based on mixed living mode,which provides construction ideas for talent housing in Jiangbei New Area of Nanjing City in the future.
