摘要
针对激光位移传感器在检测截面距离时受到同步电机震动影响,产生随机误差的问题,运用PSD光电位移传感器及树莓派对误差数据进行采集。以实验室的身管设备为例,用python、matlab等软件进行曲线拟合,阐述了身管数据误差进行采集、分析处理及曲线拟合的基本流程,探讨了PSD在位置误差补偿方面的应用。基于激光位移传感器对身管进行检测,提高了检测数据的可靠性,降低了震动导致的误差,为后续的采集数据处理及三维重建奠定了基础。
In view of the random error caused by the vibration of synchronous motor when detecting the section distance of a laser displacement sensor, position sensitive device(PSD) photoelectric displacement sensor and raspberry are used to collect the error data. Taking the barrel equipment in the laboratory as an example, the curve fitting is carried out with Python, MATLAB and other software, and the collection and analysis of barrel data error are described. The basic flow of processing and curve fitting is analyzed, and the application of PSD in position error compensation is discussed. The barrel detection based on laser displacement sensor improves the reliability of detection data, reduces the error caused by vibration, and lays a foundation for subsequent data acquisition, processing and three-dimensional reconstruction.
