采用空塔冷凝器回收除氧器乏汽的生产实践

摘要 介绍了威顿达州化工有限责任公司采用空塔冷凝器直接回收硫黄制酸装置除氧器和冷凝水回收器排出乏汽的应用情况。装置改造后试运行情况良好,进一期硫酸装置的脱盐水温度上升约2.3℃,对其他设备正常运行没有影响,也不存在安全风险。乏汽回收装置投用后每年产生直接经济效益约137.4万元。 The application of empty tower condenser in direct recovery of exhaust steam from deaerator and condensate collector of sulphur based sulphuric acid plant in Wylton Dazhou Chemical Co.,Ltd.is introduced.The trial operation of the unit is in good condition after the transformation.The desalted water temperature of the first phase sulphuric acid unit rises by about 2.3℃,which has no impact on the normal operation of other equipments and there is no safety risk.After the exhaust steam recovery unit is put into operation,the direct economic benefit is about 1.374 million yuan per year.
