摘要 介绍了双氧水脱硫技术在紫金铜业有限公司硫酸装置尾气处理的应用及优化情况。该公司通过对目前常用的脱硫工艺进行对比,结合生产实际采用双氧水脱硫工艺处理1 200 kt/a硫酸装置的尾气,并从工艺的适用性、生产成本分析、资源回收利用、生产清洁性等方面对该工艺进行了评价,同时对双氧水添加控制程序、添加点和储存方式进行了优化,效果良好,为更多的冶炼企业提升企业本质环保水平提供了新的方向。 The application and optimization of the hydrogen peroxide desulfurization technology in the tail gas treatment of the sulphuric acid plant of Zijin Copper Co., Ltd. are introduced. By comparing the currently commonly used desulfurization processes, the company adopts the hydrogen peroxide desulfurization process to treat the tail gas of the 1 200 kt/a sulphuric acid plant in combination with the actual production. The process was evaluated from the aspects of process applicability, production cost analysis, resource recycling, and production cleanliness, the control procedures, addition points and storage methods for adding hydrogen peroxide were optimized, and the results were good, which provided a new direction for more smelting enterprises to improve their essential environmental protection level.
