摘要
介绍了氨法脱硫工艺原理、工艺流程和工艺难点,针对冶炼烟气制酸装置停复产初期或生产波动性大的情况下存在SO_(2)、硫酸雾、颗粒物等污染物指标控制不稳定的问题,采用两段氨法脱硫+电除雾器尾气处理工艺,持续优化生产操作方法,有效控制了尾气达标排放,实现了生产装置的连续稳定运行。
The process principle,process flow and process difficulties of ammonia desulfurization are introduced.In view of the instability of pollutant SO_(2),sulphuric acid mist and particulate matter index control in the early stage of shutdown and resumption of production or in the case of large production fluctuation of the smelting flue gas acid production unit,the two-stage ammonia desulfurization+electric demister tail gas treatment process is adopted,and the production operation method is continuously optimized.The standard emission of tail gas is effectively controlled and the continuous and stable operation of the production device is realized.
