摘要
研究了酸性废水去除氨氮的相关影响因素,并根据研究结果对企业现有生产工艺进行了相关参数改进。研究结果显示:废水p H值为10,反应时间为30 min,升温至85℃,外加曝气30 min,酸性废水中氨氮去除率能达到92%。该企业酸性废水去除氨氮的最优工艺路线为:一段升温至85℃,二段工艺不变,三段升温至85℃,调节p H值至10,曝气30 min,最终用少许硫酸回调p H值至7~8,可使酸性废水中氨氮质量浓度从50 mg/L降至3 mg/L。
The influencing factors of ammonia nitrogen removal from acid wastewater are studied, and the relevant parameters of the existing production process are improved according to the research results. The results show that the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen in acid wastewater can reach 92% when the pH value of wastewater is 10, the reaction time is 30 min, the temperature is raised to 85 ℃,and the aeration is 30 min. The optimal process for removing ammonia nitrogen from acid wastewater of the enterprise is as follows: the first stage is heated to 85 ℃, the second stage is unchanged, the third stage is heated to 85 ℃, the pH value is adjusted to 10, aeration is performed for 30 min, and finally the pH value is adjusted to 7-8 with a little sulphuric acid, so the mass concentration of ammonia nitrogen in sewage acid can be reduced from 50 mg/L to 3 mg/L.
