摘要
目的 表面结垢行为是影响海上油田石油开采的重要因素之一,为了解决这一问题,设计并研制了一种可大规模喷涂的超防垢复合涂料。方法 以超疏水二氧化硅纳米粉、硅微粉、醋酸丁酯和丙烯酸树脂为主要原料,采用两步喷涂工艺技术制备具有超疏热水特性的超防垢复合涂料,通过接触角测量仪、延时拍摄手段和沸水蒸发结垢实验分别评价了涂层的润湿性、耐磨性、自清洁特性、防垢防腐特性,并且借助场发射扫描电子显微镜和体式显微镜对其表面形貌的变化进行表征。结果 将该复合涂层喷涂于N80钢片表面后,其表面上95℃热水的接触角大于150°、滚动角小于10°。该复合涂层在经砂纸打磨70周期或10h的水冲实验后,接触角大于150°,说明表面仍保持了优异的疏水性能。沸水蒸发结垢实验表明,与未处理的N80钢片相比,该复合涂层在沸水结垢实验50 h后,表面无明显结垢现象,阻垢率约为98.00%,且仍然保持优异的超疏热水特性。在经王水浸泡60 min和1 mol/L氢氧化钠溶液浸泡12 h后,接触角大于150°,说明表面具有优异的抗化学腐蚀性能。结论 研制了一种超防垢复合涂料,喷涂于N80钢片后获得的超疏热水涂层具有优异的疏热水特性、高温稳定性和抗水冲特性。可以有效保护基底表面,大幅增强表面的防垢、防腐特性,为解决海上油田井筒的防垢问题提供了新的思路。
Surface scaling behavior is one of the important factors affecting oil production in offshore oil fields. The work aims to design and develop a super-anti-scaling composite paint which can be sprayed on a large scale to solve this issue. The composite paint of super hydrophobic property was prepared by two-step spraying method with superhydrophobic silica nano-powder, silica micro-powder, butyl acetate and acrylic resin as the main raw materials. The wettability, wear resistance,self-cleaning and anti-scaling effects of the coating were evaluated by means of contact angle instrument, time-lapse photography, and boiling water evaporation scaling test. The field emission scanning electron microscope and stereomicroscope were used to characterize the morphology. After the composite paint was sprayed on the surface of N80 steel sheet, the contact angle of the composite coating was greater than 150° and the rolling angle was less than 10° in hot water at 95 ℃. After 70circles of sanding or 10 h of water flushing test, the contact angle was greater than 150°, indicating that the surface still retains excellent hydrophobic performance. The boiling water evaporation scaling test showed that the composite coating had no obvious scaling phenomenon on the surface after boiling water scaling test for 50 h compared with the untreated N80 steel sheet,still maintains excellent superhydrophobic property, and the scale inhibition rate was up to 98.00%. After soaking in aqua regis for 60 min and 1 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution for 12 h, the contact angle was greater than 150°, indicating that the surface had excellent chemical corrosion resistance. The hot water super-repellant coating is obtained by spraying super-anti-scaling composite paint on N80 steel sheet, which have excellent hydrophobic thermal stability, high temperature stability and anti-water flushing property. It can effectively protect the base surface and greatly enhance the anti-scaling and anti-corrosion properties of the surface, providing a new idea for anti-scale of offshore oilfields wellbore.
