摘要
从线性系统信号传输的角度出发,研究固体火箭发动机多层结构中超声信号传输的机理,建立了垂直作用于多层结构的超声幅度谱的数学模型,并利用Matlab软件仿真获得多层结构的归一化幅频特性和相频特性曲线。仿真结果表明,对于由钢和橡胶构成的多层结构,利用幅频特性和相频特性可以预测其一界面脱粘;如果二界面脱粘深度逐渐增大,对应的幅频特性和相频特性均会发生细微改变。
In this article,the mechanism of ultrasonic signal transmission in solid rocket motor multilayer structure was studied from the perspective of linear system signal transmission,and a mathematical model of the ultrasonic amplitude spectrum acting perpendicularly to the multilayer structure was derived.Then Matlab software was used in order to obtain the amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency characteristic curve of the multilayer structure.The simulation results show that for a multi-layer structure composed of steel and rubber,the debonding of the first interface can be predicted by using the amplitude-frequency and phase frequency characteristics.If the debonding depth of the second interfaces gradually increases,the corresponding amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency characteristics will change slightly.
