摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在胸壁神经鞘瘤诊断中的价值,分析其影像特征,提高认识。方法回顾性分析2012年4月至2021年4月东台市人民医院7例经过手术病理证实的胸壁神经鞘瘤患者MSCT资料,所有病例在平扫及增强扫描基础上进行图像重组,得到冠状、矢状或任意角度的重组图像。结果7例患者中3例位于后胸壁脊柱旁,1例位于前胸壁,1例位于膈肌,2例位于侧胸壁;3例为椭圆形,4例为不规则形,其中1例跨肋间隙哑铃状胸内外生长,1例跨膈肌胸腹腔生长;7例密度均低于邻近肌肉,3例密度均匀,4例密度不均;增强后见轻度强化。结论MSCT容积数据采集、强大的后处理功能能显示胸壁神经鞘瘤的影像特征。
【Objective】To explore the value of MSCT in the diagnosis of chest wall schwannoma,analyze its MSCT imaging features and improve the understanding.【Methods】The MSCT data of 7 patients with thoracic wall schwannoma confirmed by operation and pathology in Dongtai People’s Hospital from April 2012 to April 2021 were analyzed retrospectively.All cases were reconstructed on the basis of plain scan and enhanced scan to obtain coronal,sagittal or arbitrary angle reconstructed images.【Results】Among the 7 patients,3 cases were located near the spine of the posterior chest wall,1 case was located in the anterior chest wall,1 case was located in the diaphragm,2 cases were located in the lateral chest wall;3 cases were oval,4 cases were irregular,including 1 case of dumbbell growth across the intercostal space,1 case of thoracic and abdominal growth across the diaphragm;7 cases with lower density than adjacent muscles,3 cases with uniform density and 4 cases with uneven density.【Conclusion】Volume data acquisition and powerful post-processing function of MSCT can show the imaging features of chest wall schwannoma.
