摘要
人工智能在重塑教育的同时,也引起了师生交互的深度变革。本研究总结了人工智能介入师生交互所带来的困顿与异化,主要体现在:以机器为中介的师生交互走向形式化和工具化,交互中心的转移使得师生交互变得虚拟化和技术化,缺乏情感代入又造成了师生交互的疏离与淡漠化。为了审视技术带来的困境和风险,推测师生交互的去向,本文站在人工智能介入师生交互的背景下,从师生交互的方式、师生交互的目的和师生交互的逻辑等三个维度对师生交互嬗变进行了理性省思。本文最后按照以人为本和彰显师生交互育人性的原则,提出了相应的实践路径:保持在场,重拾人类教师在交互中的育人角色;以生为本,重塑以“学”为中心的师生交互新样态;重拾交谈,重构师生学习共同体。
While reshaping education,artificial intelligence has caused a profound change in teacher-student interaction.This research summarizes the difficulties and alienation caused by the intervention of artificial intelligence in teacher-student interaction,which is mainly reflected in the following three aspects:the teacher-student interaction with machines as the intermediary is becoming formal and instrumental;the transfer of the interaction format makes teacher-student interaction virtual and technical;and the lack of emotion leads to alienated and indifferent teacher-student interaction.In order to examine the difficulties and risks brought about by technology and to speculate on the future of teacher-student interaction,the article stands in the context of AI mediated teacher-student interaction and reflects on teacher-student interaction evolution from three dimensions:the way,the purpose,and the logic of teacher-student interaction.Finally,following human-centered principle and highlighting the educational nature of teacher-student interaction,the paper puts forward the practical paths of reconstructing teacher-student interaction,such as maintaining the presence:regaining the educational role of human teachers in interaction;taking students as the basis:reshaping the new form of teacher-student interaction centered on“learning”;reclaiming conversation and reconstructing the learning community of teachers and students.
