Development Status and Proposals of Cold Chain Logistics in Jinan Area

随着生活水平的提高,人们更加追求食品的多样化和注重食品安全,由于季节时令性、食品易腐性以及物流需求量的增加,冷链物流在产品运输中越来越重要。通过对济南市冷链物流服务质量的调研,发现济南市冷链物流发展中存在诸多问题,如市场满意度低、末端存在断链、物流设施设备落后、物流信息不对称等。在借鉴其他地区相关经验的基础上提出了解决对策,以加快冷链物流的发展,全面提高济南市冷链物流各个环节的效率,减少经济成本与人工成本,提高济南市冷链物流的整体服务水平。

With the improvement of living standards, people are more pursuing food diversification and paying attention to food safety, but due to seasonality and the perishability of food, as well as the increase in logistics demand every year, cold chain logistics is particularly important in product transportation. Through the investigation of the quality of cold chain logistics services in Jinan area, it was found that there were many problems in the development of cold chain logistics in Jinan area, such as low market satisfaction, broken chains at the end,backward logistics facilities and equipment, asymmetric logistics information, and poor quality of logistics services.On the basis of drawing on the relevant experience of other regions, solutions were proposed to accelerate the development of cold chain logistics, comprehensively improve the efficiency of all aspects of cold chain logistics in Jinan area, reduce economic and labor costs, and improve the overall service level of cold chain logistics in Jinan area.
