摘要
本研究采用质性个案研究方法,历时一年半,以云教研共同体一名成员为个案,以该成员的反思日志、访谈、微信聊天记录等文件资料为数据,探究共同体中成员与促研员建立社会连接的过程。研究发现,成员与促研员之间的关系经历了从客气的“学员—专家”关系,到互惠的“学员—专家+”关系,再到信任的“亦师亦友”关系三个发展阶段,呈现出“变”与“不变”的复杂性。二者之间的关系从“垂直”逐步向“水平”转变;与此同时,二者之间“学员—专家”的垂直关系一直未变,最后发展成为多重关系叠加的复杂关系。
This 18-month qualitative longitudinal study takes a member of a Cloud Teaching-Research Community(CTRC)as a case to explore how she and her facilitator established social interconnectedness.Drawing on data from reflective journals,interviews and We Chat messages,this study revealed that the development of the relationship between the member and the facilitator went through three stages:polite teacherlearner vs.expert stage,reciprocal teacher-learner vs.expert plus stage and trusting expert-and-friend stage,indicating their relationship has gradually shifted from“vertical”to“horizontal”.We also found that the“teacherlearner vs.expert”relationship remained unchanged and eventually developed into a complex coexistence of multiple relationships.
