城市轨道交通站点互联网租赁自行车停放分级治理对策——北京实证分析 被引量:1

摘要 轨道站点已成为互联网租赁自行车运营的热点区域,但由于轨道站点周边骑行特征和周边用地性质具有复杂性,不同轨道站点自行车停放问题的严重程度存在差异,难以形成轨道站点秩序管理和治理效果评价的统一标准.本文提出了基于站点等级划分的互联网自行车管理方法,结合骑行数据特征,以及周边用地类型,职住建筑规模等客观因数,分析自行车淤积成因,建立轨道站点停放秩序的综合评价指标体系,并针对不同分类等级轨道站点提出对应的治理措施. Subway stations have become a hotspot for online bike sharing.However,the severity level of bike parking problem for different subway stations is also different due to the complexity of riding characteristics and the nature of the land use near the subway stations.Therefore,there is no unified standard to evaluate the efficiency of order management and governance.An online bike sharing management method is proposed in this paper based on the evaluation and degradation of subway stations.The causes of bike congestion are analyzed based on the riding data,land use category and job-housing spatial patterns;a comprehensive evaluation index system is proposed to evaluate the parking order of bikes near the subway stations.Finally,management measures are proposed for subway stations of different classification levels.
