摘要
为了揭示通勤满意度在不同人群之间的统计分布差异,对昆明市549名通勤者进行实证研究,通过非参数检验发现通勤方式、通勤时长、工作区位和个体属性这些单个变量均能显著解释通勤满意度分布特征.建立的有序Logistic回归模型进一步显示:通勤时间与通勤满意度显著负相关,通勤时间越长,通勤满意度越低;不同通勤方式群体的通勤满意度差异显著,公交通勤群体的满意度最低,步行和骑行通勤群体的满意度最高;通勤者所在工作区位能有效解释通勤满意度的分布差异,相比在外围区工作的通勤群体,在主城区工作的通勤群体满意度更高的可能性更大.研究成果对城市交通资源配置和职住空间优化具有一定启示意义.
In order to reveal the statistical distribution differences of commuting satisfaction among different groups of people,an empirical study was conducted on 549 commuters in Kunming city,and the non-parametric test revealed that the individual variables of commuting mode,commuting duration,work location and individual attributes could significantly explain the distribution characteristics of commuting satisfaction.The established ordered logistic regression model further shows that commuting time is significantly negatively correlated with commuting satisfaction.The longer the commuting time,the lower the commuting satisfaction;the difference in commuting satisfaction of different commuting groups is significant,and the public transportation group has the lowest satisfaction.The walking and cycling commuter groups have the highest satisfaction;the working location of commuters can effectively explain the difference in the distribution of commuter satisfaction.It is more likely that commuters working in the main city are more satisfied than those working in the peripheral districts.The results of the study have implications for the allocation of urban transportation resources and the optimization of job and residence space.
