从公路养护理念的要求出发,总结桥梁养护管理手册发展阶段及各阶段特点,从6个方面对桥梁养护管理手册主要内容进行归纳.依托交通部“国家干线公路网长大桥梁抽检与巡查”项目,分析当前手册评价体系,就如何提升手册针对性、提升手册指导作用、优化评价体系3个焦点问题,逐一阐述手册提升策略,为助力桥梁养护管理手册发展建言献策.

Based on the requirements of highway maintenance concept,this paper summarizes the development stages and characteristics of bridge maintenance management manual.It also reviews the main content of the manual from six aspects.Relying on the bridge“National Inspection”project of the Ministry of Transport,it analyzes the current manual evaluation system.It elaborates the manual improvement strategies one by one on how to enhance the pertinence of the manual,improve the guiding role of the manual,and optimize the evaluation system.It finally provides suggestions for the development of the manual.
