进入新时代,党和国家持续推进劳动教育建设,逐渐形成了独具中国特色的新时代马克思主义劳动观。从挖掘新时代马克思主义劳动观的文化根基出发,分析了加强与改进劳动教育的现实意义,并进一步提出基于新时代马克思主义劳动观指导下的劳动教育发展路径:端正劳动态度,从思想上走好“认知关”;创新劳动理论,从思政课程上走好“建设关”;统筹劳动资源,从内外联动上走好“实践关”;优化劳动体系,从教育方式上走好“系统关”;完善劳动保障,从组织管理上走好“常态关”。

Since entering the new era,the Party and the state have continuously promoted the construction of labor education,and gradually formed a new era Marxist labor view with unique Chinese characteristics.Starting from the excavation of the cultural foundation of the Marxist labor view in the new era,the article fully affirms the practical significance of strengthening and improving labor education,and further proposes the development path of labor education based on the guidance of the Marxist labor view in the new era.They are as follows:The first is to correct work attitudes and take the"cognitive barrier"from an ideological level;The second is to innovate the labor theory and implement the"construction barrier"from the ideological and political curriculum;The third is to coordinate labor resources and implement the"practical barrier"from the internal and external linkages;The fourth is to optimize the labor system and"system barriers"from the education method;The fifth is to improve labor security and check on"normal barriers"from the perspective of organization and management.
