“双循环”新发展格局下体育旅游业高质量发展的宏观业态与对策研究

Research on the Macro Format and Countermeasure of High-quality Development of Sports Tourism Under the New Development Pattern of"Double Circulation"

构建“双循环”新发展格局是党中央为“十四五”及未来我国开放型经济发展做出的重大战略部署,采用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法阐释新发展格局的内涵,分析新发展格局下体育旅游业高质量发展内在逻辑的基础上,从国际环境、国内环境、新冠疫情、数字经济兴起四个方面探讨体育旅游业高质量发展的宏观业态并给出相应对策选择。提出新发展格局下体育旅游业高质量发展,须贯彻新发展理念为时代引领,构建以“空间+内容+机制”为发展思路的新发展格局,建立市场导向应以人民需求为中心,依托数字科技助力体育旅游业数字化转型。

The construction of"double circulation"new development pattern is an important strategic deployment made by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China for the"14th Five-year Plan"and the future development of China′s open economy.The connotation of the new development pattern is explained by using literature,logical analysis and other research methods,and the internal logic of high-quality development of sports tourism under the new development pattern is analyzed.From four aspects of international environment,domestic environment,COVID-19 and the rise of digital economy,this paper discusses the macro formats of high-quality development of sports tourism and gives the corresponding countermeasures.It puts forward that the high-quality development of sports tourism under the new development pattern should be guided by the new development concept,and a new development pattern with"space+content+mechanism"as the development idea should be constructed.The establishment of market orientation should take people′s demand as the center and rely on digital technology to help the digital transformation of sports tourism.
