多源遥感数据下区域生态环境质量评价方法 被引量:2

摘要 生态环境具备显著的地域差别,为精准展现区域生态环境质量特征,提出一种多源遥感数据下区域生态环境质量评价方法。使用卫星遥感技术得到待评价地域的多源遥感数据,围绕植被覆盖度、土壤侵蚀指数、坡度3方面构建生态环境质量评价指标;运用功效系数法无量纲处理正负效应指标,通过投影寻踪法将多源遥感高维数据投影至低维子空间,提取遥感细节信息,利用支持向量机计算遥感数据属性矢量和环境质量评价指数间的非线性关联,输出相应的环境质量评估结果。以某区域遥感环境监测数据为例进行环境质量评估分析,结果表明,所提方法评价结果与该区域的真实环境变化规律相符,拥有极强的客观性与通用性。 The ecological environment has significant regional differences.In order to accurately show the characteristics of regional ecological environment quality,a regional ecological environment quality evaluation method based on multi-source remote sensing data is proposed.The multi-source remote sensing data of the area to be evaluated are obtained by using satellite remote sensing technology,and the eco-environmental quality evaluation indexes are constructed from three aspects:vegetation coverage,soil erosion index and slope.The efficiency coefficient method is used to deal with the positive and negative effect indexes dimensionless.The multi-source remote sensing high-dimensional data are projected to the low-dimensional subspace through the projection pursuit method to extract the remote sensing detail information.The support vector machine is used to calculate the nonlinear relationship between the remote sensing data attribute vector and the environmental quality evaluation index,and the corresponding environmental quality evaluation results are output.Taking the remote sensing environmental monitoring data of a region as an example,the results show that the evaluation results of the proposed method are consistent with the real environmental change law of the region,and have strong objectivity and universality.
