基于节能降耗的模块化变电站设计及能效研究 被引量:3

摘要 基于变电站功能划分,对一、二次设备进行模块化设计,集成至预制舱,利用装配方法即可完成模块化变电站整体设计;在软硬件设计中,为统一“标准”,采用“预制式二次组合设备+预制式智能控制柜”的模块化设计方法,基于预制式光缆、电缆实现不同模块的标准化连接,由此实现二次设备的“即插即用”,针对预制舱舱体结构、模块设备布设及分段失当等问题进行改进设计。通过应用分析可知,模块化变电站设计可缩减占地面积、建设周期,并减少建设投资,达到了节能降耗的效果。 Based on the functional division of the substation,the modular design of the primary and secondary equipment was carried out,integrated into the prefabricated cabin,and the overall design of the modular substation can be completed by using the assembly method.At the same time,for software and hardware design,in order to unify the"standard",the modular design method of"prefabricated secondary combined equipment+prefabricated intelligent control cabinet"is adopted.Based on the prefabricated optical cable and cable,the standardized connection of different modules is realized,so as to realize the"plug and play"of secondary equipment,and the improved design is carried out for the problems of prefabricated cabin structure,module equipment layout and improper segmentation.Finally,through the application analysis,it can be concluded that the modular substation design can reduce the floor area,construction cycle,and construction investment,achieving the energy efficiency of energy saving and consumption reduction.
