摘要 针对目前方法设计配电网综合评价系统时,由于未能利用模糊决策理论对系统的综合评价指标进行设计,导致配电网在评价后无法检测出电力负荷,存在覆盖性能低,评价效果差的问题,设计基于模糊决策的配电网扩展规划综合评价系统。首先基于系统的设计原则完成系统的整体框架设计;再对系统的软件结构、层次结构进行详细说明,并基于模糊决策理论完成综合评价的评价指标设计;最后利用系统的软件设计完成配电网的扩展规划综合评价。实验结果表明,运用该设计方法进行系统设计时,可以检测出配电网的电力负荷,系统的覆盖性能高、评价效果好。 When designing the comprehensive evaluation system of distribution network with the current method,because the fuzzy decision theory was not used to design the comprehensive evaluation index of the system,the distribution network could not detect the power load after the evaluation,and there were problems such as low coverage performance and poor evaluation effect.A comprehensive evaluation system for distribution network expansion planning based on fuzzy decision was designed.Firstly,completed the overall frame design of the system based on the design principles of the system;then,described the software structure and hierarchical structure of the system in detail,and completed the evaluation index design of the comprehensive evaluation based on the fuzzy decision theory;finally,used the system software design to complete the distribution network.Comprehensive evaluation of expansion plans.The experimental results showed that when using this design method to design the system,the power load of the distribution network could be detected,and the system had high coverage performance and good evaluation effect.
