摘要
通过对新郑煤电公司14205工作面综机设备进行智能自动化系统升级改造,结合生产工艺和设备参数,制定了多设备联动、多层次监测、智能动态调整参数的技术方案。方案主要从液压支架跟随采煤机作业自动化、采煤机割煤高度智能动态化、放煤推溜分组联动、液压泵运动状况动态决策、远程与本地双模式实时监控等技术方面进行研究。工业实践表明,该方案实现了综机设备自动化联动和智能化决策运行2个层次,有效提高了综机设备的工作效率和智能自动化建设,为今后综采工作面智能化推广与应用提供了一定的参考价值。
Through the intelligent automation system upgrading of the fully-mechanized equipment in No.14205 working face of Xinzheng Coal Power Company,combined with the production process and equipment parameters,the technical scheme of multi equipment linkage,multi-level monitoring and intelligent dynamic parameter adjustment is formulated.This scheme is mainly studied from the technical aspects of hydraulic support following shearer operation automation,shearer coal cutting height intelligent and dynamic,coal caving and sliding grouping linkage,dynamic decision-making of hydraulic pump movement,remote and local dual-mode real-time monitoring,etc..The industrial practice shows that this scheme has realized two levels of fully-mechanized equipment automatic linkage and intelligent decision-making operation;the work efficiency and intelligent automation construction of fully-mechanized equipment have been effectively improved,which can provide a certain reference value and guiding significance for the intelligent promotion and application of fully-mechanized mining face in the future.
