尿素装置中甲铵液粘度和密度测量研究

摘要 二氧化碳气提法尿素生产工艺中,中低压系统的甲铵液粘度和密度的高低直接影响到高压系统的稳定运行。通过分析甲铵液的工艺特性,选择高准音叉式高性能多变量粘度计进行测量,并对其测量原理和安装方式进行分析,采用小管线回流的方式进行安装,自2021年2月开车以来,该密度计为生产系统的稳定运行提供了可靠的测量数据。 In the production process of urea by carbon dioxide stripping,the viscosity and density of methylammonium solution in the medium and low pressure system directly affect the stable operation of the high pressure system.In this paper,by analyzing the process characteristics of methylammonium solution,the high quasi tuning fork high-performance multivariable viscometer is selected for measurement,and its measurement principle and installation method are analyzed.It is installed by small pipe line reflux,since its start-up in February 2021,the densimeter has provided reliable measurement data for the stable operation of the production system.
