摘要
壳牌石油公司(SHELL)的DEP标准是国际海洋石油平台项目广泛使用的标准之一,全面系统地掌握该标准是开拓海外市场的重要前提。导助航系统是保障平台和直升机安全的重要系统,其技术要求和特点与国内惯用的海洋石油平台设计方案有较多差异。以某中东海上无人天然气平台项目为实例,阐述该系统的设计实现,为后续以SHELL DEP标准为基础的导助航系统设计提供借鉴。
Shell's DEP standard is one of the widely used standards in the international offshore oil platform project.A comprehensive and systematic grasp of this standard is an important prerequisite for developing overseas markets.Navigation aids system is an important system to ensure the safety of platform and helicopter.Its technical requirements and characteristics are quite different from those of domestic conventional offshore oil platform design scheme.Taking a Middle East offshore unmanned natural gas platform project as an example,this paper describes the design and implementation of the system.It provides a reference for the design of navigation aid system based on SHELL DEP standard.
