海上油田小井眼注聚井分层测调技术研究及应用 被引量:4

摘要 针对海上油田小井眼注聚井分层测调困难、配注效率低、粘度损失高的问题,开发了小井眼分层测调注聚技术,设计研发小尺寸分层保粘注聚工具、配套井下测调仪器和地面控制设备。小尺寸分层保粘注聚工具设计大通径中心过流通道、桥式注入通道和高保粘注入通道,实现小井眼注聚井的大排量、多层段、高保粘分层注聚。井下测调仪器和地面控制器可地面监测井下注入流量、压力等地层参数,在线精确调节各层注聚量,测调一体。现场应用试验表明:小井眼注聚工艺管柱简洁,可实现多层段大排量注入,保粘率>86%,配注效率高,测调仪器通讯、测调性能可靠,测调一体,测试精度≤3%,调配精度≤5%,解决小井眼注聚井分层测调注聚难题,提高了注聚效率和测调效率,降低了管柱作业强度和测调作业成本,为海上油田注聚、调驱工艺的发展提供强有力的技术支持,具有较高的应用推广价值。 Aiming at the problems of difficulty in layered measurement and adjustment of polymer injection wells in small wells in offshore oilfields,large demand for polymer injection and high viscosity loss,the technology of layered measurement and adjustment of polymer injection in small wells has been developed,and small-sized layered and viscosity-preserving polymer injection tools have been designed and developed.Supporting downhole measurement and adjustment instruments and ground control equipment.Small-sized layered adhesion-preserving polymer injection tools are designed with large-diameter central overflow channels,bridge-type injection channels and high-viscosity-preserving injection channels to realize large-displacement,multi-layered,and high-viscosity-preserving layered polymer injection in small wellbore polymer injection wells.The downhole measurement and adjustment instrument and the ground controller can monitor the formation parameters such as downhole injection flow and pressure on the ground,and accurately adjust the polymer injection amount of each layer online,which can realize the integration of the measurement and adjustment of the polymer injection process in the small hole.The field application test shows that the slim hole polymer injection process string is simple,which can realize multi-layer and large displacement injection,the viscosity retention rate is more than 86%,the injection allocation efficiency is high,the communication and measurement and adjustment performance of the measurement and adjustment instrument are reliable,the measurement and adjustment are integrated,the test accuracy is less than 3%,and the allocation accuracy is less than 5%.It solves the difficult problem of layered measurement and injection of polymer in slim hole polymer injection wells,and improves the injection efficiency and measurement and adjustment efficiency,It reduces the operation intensity of pipe string and the cost of measurement and adjustment,provides strong technical support for the development of polymer injection,profile control and flooding technology in offshore oil fields,and has high application and popularization value.
