摘要
秦二厂1、2号机组固体废物处理系统的原设计中,浓缩液贮罐9TES001BA的两台电加热器由两个温度开关分别进行控制,此温度开关故障率高。为了保证设备的正常使用,降低故障率,实施技术改造,将两个温度开关改为温度计并修改9TES系统控制PLC程序对两台电加热器进行分别控制,安装位置保持不变。上述技术改造实施后,系统运行时发现由于9TES001BA的温度计9TES001MT插入深度与原温度开关的安装位置存在高度差,所以当液面高度在9TES001MT和新装温度计之间时二者测得的温度便不同,9TES001MT会产生误报警。为了避免该工况时产生误报警,在PLC中修改了温度计9TES001MT的报警定值,将两个温度开关替换为温度计且将温度计9TES001MT的报警定值进行修改后,9TES001BA温度控制和报警均未出现过以往类型的故障。
In the original of the solid waste treatment system of units 1 and 2 of QINSHAN No.2 nuclear power plant,the two electric heaters of the concentrated liquid storage tank 9TES001BA are controlled by two temperature switches respectively.This temperature switch has a high failure rate.In order to ensure the normal use of the equipment and reduce the failure rate,the technical transformation is implemented,the two temperature switches are changed into thermometers,and the 9TES system control PLC program is modified to control the two electric heaters respectively,and the installation position remains unchanged.After the implementation of the above technical transformation,during the operation of the system,it is found that there is a height difference between the insertion depth of the thermometer 9TES001MT of 9TES001BA and the installation position of the original temperature switch.Therefore,when the liquid level is between 9TES001MT and the newly installed thermometer,the temperature measured by them will be different,and 9TES001MT will generate false alarm.In order to avoid false alarm under this working condition,the alarm setting of thermometer 9TES001MT is modified in PLC.After replacing the two temperature switches with thermometers and modifying the alarm setting value of thermometer 9TES001MT,the 9TES001BA temperature control and alarm have not experienced previous types of faults.
