摘要
通过分析自研燃料电池发电系统的设计特点,明晰尾气回热装置的开发要求,提出尾气回热装置的结构定式。以理论结合实践为指导思想,利用计算机仿真手段,开展传热、流动数值模拟。同时,依托生产制造和性能试验,取得满意效果。实践说明,通过计算机仿真模拟,能有效提高设计开发效率和降低研发成本。
This paper analyzes the design characteristics of the self-developed fuel cell system,and analyzes the development requirements of the exhaust gas recuperation device,and proposes the structural formula of the exhaust gas recuperation device.Combining theory with practice as the guide,using computer simulation methods to carry out numerical simulations of heat transfer and flow.At the same time,relying on manufacturing and performance tests,satisfactory results have been achieved.The practice of this paper shows that computer simulation can effectively improve design and development efficiency and reduce research and development costs.
