摘要
主蒸汽隔离阀是核电蒸汽传输系统的二级安全阀门,当其下游设备发生故障损坏时,主蒸汽隔离阀的手动或者自动关闭能够大大减少有害蒸汽的释放量,有效保障了其下游设备的完整性以及整个蒸汽系统的安全性。为保证主蒸汽隔离阀的可靠性,其定时检修必不可少。但是,主蒸汽隔离阀的关闭检修将导致生产作业的停止,因此一套可在蒸汽系统正常工作时检测主蒸汽隔离阀安全性能的系统尤为重要。根据主蒸汽隔离阀的工作特性,利用后阀座试验、开度试验以及带载试验,设计了一套基于PLC的主蒸汽隔离阀工作时安全检测系统,并通过试验验证了该系统的可行性与可靠性。
The main steam isolation valve is the secondary safety valve of the nuclear power steam transmission system.When the downstream equipment fails,the manual or automatic closing of the main steam isolation valve can greatly reduce the release of harmful steam and effectively protect the integrity of its downstream equipment and the safety of the entire steam system.In order to ensure the reliability of the main steam isolation valve,its regular maintenance is essential.However,the shutdown and maintenance of the main steam isolation valve will lead to the stop of production operations,so a system that can detect the safety performance of the main steam isolation valve when the steam system is working normally is particularly important.In this paper,according to the working characteristics of the main steam isolation valve,using the rear valve seat test,the opening test and the load test,a set of safety detection system for the main steam isolation valve based on PLC is designed,and the feasibility and reliability of the system have been tested through experiments.
