摘要
枣泉电厂锅炉吹灰自动控制系统由机组DCS实现,其在实际运行过程中,存在锅炉吹灰顺控自动中断,锅炉吹灰蒸汽压力波动大,锅炉炉膛压力波动时不闭锁锅炉吹灰器工作等问题。针对这些问题对自动控制系统进行可靠性优化,分别采用了修改水平烟道吹灰顺控,增加炉膛吹灰单吹顺控,在锅炉吹灰压力控制回路增加一阶惯性微分环节,优化锅炉吹灰压力控制回路PID参数,增加锅炉炉膛压力对锅炉吹灰的闭锁,优化锅炉吹灰运行方式等手段。通过以上优化手段,有效解决了锅炉吹灰顺控中断、锅炉吹灰压力波动的问题,同时提高了锅炉在低负荷段、大量掉焦及炉膛压力波动等特殊工况下的锅炉运行安全,锅炉吹灰自动控制系统可靠性得到大幅提升。
Zaoquan power station’s boiler soot blowing control system is working on DCS control system,during actual operation,it have some problem such as boiler soot blowing sequence control system failed,boiler soot blowing steam pressure fluctuates greatly,boiler soot blowing system working with boiler furnace pressure fluctuates.to solve these problem,we made some optimization on reliability for automation and control system of boiler soot blowing system,including revise boiler soot blowing SCS,add boiler single soot blowing SCS,optimization of boiler soot blowing pressure control loop PID,increase blocking of boiler soot blowing by boiler furnace pressure,optimizing boiler soot blowing operation.Effectively solve the boiler soot blowing sequence control system failed and the boiler soot blowing steam pressure fluctuates greatly.Improve boiler operation safety on the low load operation or a lot of coke drop or boiler furnace pressure fluctuates.The reliability of boiler soot blowing automation and control system has been greatly improved.
