贺氏无痛进针法是“贺氏三通法”针刺操作中的一个环节,贺普仁秉承古人“针入贵速”“令志在针”思想,其独特的毫针努劲单手进针法、飞针单手进针法、火针进针法操作要领明晰,进针过程注重带气进针、治神守神、刺有深浅。为达到无痛,提出了二指禅、顶指法、夹木锥、捻线法等特色练习法,并身体力行,勤练功法,提高疗效。临床上综合运用三通之法,同一患者接受不同针具的刺激,无痛进针法减少了患者皮卫之气的损伤,消除了其对针刺的恐惧,使其经气顺达。
