清肠汤联合热敏灸治疗溃疡性结肠炎

Qingchang Decoction Combined with Heat-Sensitive Moxibustion in Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

目的:观察清肠汤联合热敏灸治疗热盛血瘀型溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis, UC)的临床疗效。方法:96例热盛血瘀型UC患者根据就诊单的单双号分组,将就诊单为单数的48例患者纳入对照组,在常规治疗基础上给予清肠汤;将就诊单为双数的48例患者纳入观察组,在对照组治疗基础上给予热敏灸;两组均治疗4周。比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后肠镜下黏膜评分。结果:观察组有效率为95.83%,对照组有效率为79.17%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者肠镜下黏膜评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清肠汤联合热敏灸法治疗热盛血瘀型UC疗效显著,能够快速缓解症状、修复结肠黏膜。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Qingchang Decoction combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC) with intense Heat and Blood stasis type.Methods: Methods: 96 cases of UC patients with intense Heat and Blood stasis type were grouped according to the odd and even numbers of the medical checklists, and 48 patients with odd numbers on the medical orders were included in the control group, and they were given Qingchang Decoction on the basis of routine treatment.A total of 48 patients with an even number of treatment orders were included in the observation group, and heat-sensitive moxibustion was given on the basis of the treatment in the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy and colonoscopy mucosa score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results: The effective rate of the observation group was 95.83%,and the effective rate of the control group was 79.17%.There was a statistically significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment, the colonoscopy mucosa scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group at the same period, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Qingchang Decoction combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion has a significant curative effect in the treatment of UC with intense Heat and Blood stasis, which can quickly relieve symptoms and repair colon mucosa.
