中国共产党人精神谱系之构筑与传承是一代代中国共产党人共同努力的结果。作为中国共产党第一代中央领导集体中重要成员的周恩来,不仅参与培育、积极宣传中国共产党人精神,更是率先垂范引领中国共产党人精神,对中国共产党人精神谱系的构筑与传承作出了杰出贡献。在新民主主义革命时期,周恩来参与了中国共产党人伟大建党精神、八一精神、长征精神、红岩精神的培育,并为其传承作出了贡献。

The construction and inheritance of spiritual pedigree of Chinese Communists is achieved by joint efforts of Chinese Communists from one generation to another.As an important member of the first generation of central collective leadership of the Communist Party of China,Zhou Enlai not only participated in cultivating and actively publicizing the spirit of the Communist Party of China,but also took the lead in guiding the spirit of the Communist Party of China,and made outstanding contributions to the construction and inheritance of spiritual pedigree of the Communist Party of China.During the Period of New Democratic Revolution,Zhou Enlai participated in the cultivation of the Great Party Building Spirit,August 1 Spirit,Long March Spirit and Hongyan Spirit of Chinese Communists,and made contributions to them.
