“坚持真理、坚守理想”是32字伟大建党精神的灵魂支柱。周恩来传播并信仰马克思主义,推进了马克思主义在中国的早期传播,在探索革命道路中推进马克思主义中国化,在社会主义建设过程中坚持科学性原则,为弘扬建党精神之“坚持真理、坚守理想”作出了卓越贡献。其主要原因在于他把自身命运与国家民族命运自觉联结起来,把马克思主义信仰与自己所接受的中国优秀传统文化教育融合为自身的人格力量并升华为精神,坚持活到老学到老改造到老。新时代弘扬伟大建党精神内涵之“坚持真理、坚守理想”,需要把马克思主义内化为文化自信,通过学习马克思主义理论坚定理想信念,把自己的理想与实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦结合起来。

"Uphold the Truth and Stick to Ideals"is the soul pillar of the 32 words great party building spirit.Zhou Enlai spread and believed in Marxism and promoted the early spread of Marxism in China.In addition,during the road to explore the revolutionary,Zhou Enlai promoted the localization of Marxism in China.Furthermore,during the process of socialist construction,Zhou Enlai adhered to the principle of scientificity and had made outstanding contributions to develop and expand the party building spirit of"Uphold the Truth and Stick to Ideals".The greatness is also represented that he consciously connected his own destiny with the national destiny,integrated the Marxist belief with the excellent Chinese traditional culture and education he had received into his own personality strength and sublimated it into spirit,and adhered to the principle that it is never too old to learn and transform.To develop and expand the connotation of the great party building spirit in the new era,we need to internalize Marxism into cultural self-confidence.We shall strengthen our ideals and beliefs and combine our ideals with the Chinese dream of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through studying Marxist theory.
