摘要
采用波长在447.5~462.5 nm双芯蓝光LED芯片混合搭配,激发蓝绿荧光粉、黄绿荧光粉和红色荧光粉,制备色温5 000 K白光LED,研究不同芯片波长搭配对光源显色指数的影响规律。结果表明,制备5 000 K色温高显色指数白光LED时,波长447.5~450 nm和455~457.5 nm组合使LED光源的显色指数最大化,其显色指数Ra达到97.8,AvgR达到97.4,同时各特殊显色指数R_(1)~R_(15)值均大于90,满足高显色指数全光谱的要求。
To achieve a high color rendering index and full-spectrum white LED when Tc=5 000 K, dual-blue chips that wavelength from 447.5 nm to 462.5 nm was selected to excite blue-green phosphor, yellow-green phosphor and red phosphor. Study the influence of different chips wavelength on color rendering index, the experimental results show that packaging high color rendering index of white LED when Tc=5 000 K, selecting chip wavelength 447.5 ~ 450 nm and 455~457.5 nm, its color rendering index maximizes, the Ra reached 97.8, and the AvgR reached 97.4, meanwhile, each value of R_(1)~R_(15) is over 90, the requirements of high color rendering index and full-spectrum be met.
