摘要
先天性左心室室壁瘤(CLVA)少见,而多发性CLVA则属临床罕见,容易误诊。本文报告一例以“阵发性室性心动过速”为首发表现的多发性CLVA,开展临床病例讨论,分析发病机制、临床表现、诊断和鉴别诊断以及治疗方案,以供临床借鉴。
Congenital left ventricular aneurysm(CLVA)is uncommon,while multiple CLVA is clinically rare and easy to misdiagnose.This paper reports a case of multiple CLVA with paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia as the first manifestation,and carries out clinical case discussion to analyze the pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,diagnosis,differential diagnosis and therapeutic regimen in order to provide some clinical references.
