中成药干预慢性心力衰竭的临床研究进展

Clinical research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the intervention of Chronic heart failure

心力衰竭是各种心血管疾病终末阶段的临床综合征。近年来,中医药干预慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效获得越来越多循证医学证据的支持,临床研究结果不仅关注主观症状的改善,对于心血管预后等客观指标也逐渐重视。本文从中西医病证结合干预CHF的角度,对临床上CHF的常见证型以及已证明干预CHF有效的中成药进行归纳分析,为深入探究中西医结合干预CHF提供思路。

Heart Failure(HF)is a clinical syndrome indicative of the end-stage of various cardiovascular diseases.The clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the intervention of chronic heart failure(CHF)has been supported by more and more evidences recently.Moreover,the improvement in symptoms as well as in cardiovascular prognosis has been paid more and more attention to in clinical researches.Thus,in this paper,from the perspective of intergrated TCM and and Western medicine in the intervention of CHF,the common syndrome type of CHF and the Chinese patent medicines that have been proved effective in the intervention of CHF were reviewed,in order to provide new insights for further exploration of integrated TCM and Western medicine in the intervention of CHF.
