摘要
随着离子交换树脂系统在国内精炼糖厂的推广应用,树脂再生废液的高效处理和循环利用成为制糖行业的研究焦点。本文以离子交换树脂在精炼糖厂糖浆脱色和脱钙系统中的应用经验为基础,开展了利用树脂脱色系统的再生废液对树脂脱钙系统进行树脂再生的系统研究,以实现脱色与脱钙系统的树脂耦合再生,实现对树脂脱色系统再生废液的二次利用。结果表明采用树脂脱色系统再生废液对脱钙树脂进行再生的脱钙系统,脱钙效果好于常规再生的脱钙树脂,证明了脱色与脱钙系统的树脂耦合再生应用的可行性。
With the application of ion exchange resin system in domestic sugar refineries,efficient treatment and recycling of resin regeneration waste liquid have become the research focus in sugar industry.Based on the application experience of ion exchange resin decolorization system and decalcification system in a sugar refinery,this paper carried out a systematic study on the regeneration of resin decalcification system by using the regenerated waste liquid of resin decolorization system,so as to realize the resin coupling regeneration of decolorization and decalcification system and realize the secondary utilization of regenerated waste liquid of resin decolorization system.The results showed that the decalcification effect of the decalcification system regenerated by the waste liquor of the resin decolorization system was better than that of the conventional regenerated decalcification resin,which proved the feasibility of the resin coupling regeneration application of the decolorization and decalcification system.
