摘要
根据多晶体冰糖结晶理论开发出一套温度和湿度管理系统,以提高多晶体冰糖结晶率。多晶体冰糖高效结晶智能管理系统包括设在结晶室内的温度传感器、湿度传感器、干燥热风输送系统及除湿系统,通过多个温度及湿度传感器实时测定结晶房内环境数据,再配合降温除湿达到营造良好的结晶条件的目的。
According to the crystallization theory of multi-crystal rock sugar,a set of temperature and humidity management system was developed to improve the crystallization rate of multi-crystal rock sugar.The high-efficiency crystallization intelligent management system of multi-crystal rock sugar included temperature sensor,humidity sensor,drying hot air conveying system and dehumidification system set in the crystallization room.The environmental data in the crystallization room were measured in real time through multiple temperature and humidity sensors,and then combined with cooling and dehumidification to achieve the purpose of creating superior crystallization conditions.
