摘要
以广西崇左某糖厂中间蔗汁为研究对象,取初压汁、末压汁、混合汁和澄清汁等其浊度和色值各不相同的中间蔗汁,通过添加不同量的碱式醋酸铅进行快速澄清除杂,再结合酶解法和碘显色法进行淀粉含量测定。实验结果表明,当醋酸铅添加量约为0.5 g/L时即可将蔗汁澄清处理到较低浊度,并得到不同工序处的中间蔗汁均具有相近的标准工作曲线,这对制糖厂中间蔗汁淀粉含量的实时监测具有一定指导意义。
This study took the intermediate sugarcane juice of a sugar factory in Chongzuo,Guangxi as the research object.The intermediate sugarcane juice with large difference in turbidity and color value,such as the initial press juice,the final press juice,the mixed juice and the clarified juice,was used by adding different amount of basic lead acetate to be quickly clarified and removed,and then the starch content was determined by the combination of enzymatic hydrolysis and iodine coloration.The experimental results showed that when the addition amount of lead acetate was about 0.5 g/L,the sugarcane juice could be clarified to a lower turbidity,and the intermediate sugarcane juice at different processes had similar standard working curves,good for sugar mills.There is a certain guiding significance for the real-time monitoring of starch content in intermediate cane juice.
