空调管道缺陷的形成机理及常规检测方法研究

摘要 建筑寿命一般为50年以上,而建筑内的设施设备寿命往往只有10~20年。特别是对于空调系统,如果没有及时发现管道已经产生各种缺陷问题,轻则出现漏水,影响建筑使用,重则发生大规模爆管,管道坠落,造成财产损失,危及人身安全。本文从管道常见缺陷出发,研究相关的检测方法,并采用实际项目作为案例进行了相关管道缺陷的检查。 The service life of buildings is generally more than 50 years,while the service life of facilities and equipment in buildings is often only 10~20 years.Especially for the air conditioning system,if the pipeline has been found to have various defects in time,water leakage may occur,affecting the use of the building,or large-scale pipe explosion and pipeline falling may occur,causing property losses and endangering personal safety.Starting from the common defects of pipeline,this paper studies the relevant detection methods,and uses a practical project as a case to check the relevant pipeline defects.
