建筑工程造价预结算审核工作要点分析

现阶段,我国经济正快速发展,建筑工程规模也在逐渐扩大。在此过程中,工程造价预结算审核工作机制也需要进行相应地完善,明确其中要点,并充分结合工程的相关要求,有效提高审核工作的质量和效率,促进工程的进一步发展。基于此,本文从多方面对预结算审核的要点、方法进行阐述,并从报价虚假增长、报价方式不完善和虚假报价等方面分析存在的问题,最后提出提升审核质量的措施,以期为该领域的后续研究提供参考。

At the present stage,China's economy is developing rapidly,and the scale of construction projects is also gradually expanding.In this process,the project cost pre-settlement audit working mechanism also needs to be improved accordingly,clear about the key points,and fully combined with the relevant requirements of the project,to effectively improve the quality and efficiency of the audit work,and promote the further development of the project.Based on this,this paper expounds the key points and methods of pre-settlement audit from many aspects,analyzes the existing problems from the growth of false quotation,imperfect quotation methods and false quotation,and finally puts forward the measures to improve the quality of audit,in order to provide reference for the follow-up research in this field.
