EPC(Engineering Procurement Construction,工程总承包模式之一)作为建筑行业普遍使用的工程承包模式,其存在着项目协同运作上的优势,但也存在项目施工质量管理上的问题。为全面保障建筑实施的安全和稳定,确保建筑的安全使用,本文分析JEPC模式下影响建筑项目质量管理的主要因素,结合具体的要求和标准,从多个层面提出优化建筑项目质量控制的对策和建议,以期改进当前存在的质量管控漏洞和问题,全面优化建筑项目的实施安全和建设的水平,为建筑使用者带来保障。

As a widely used project contracting mode in the construction industry,EPC has the advantages of project collaborative operation,but there are also problems in project construction quality management.In order to fully ensure the safety and stability of construction implementation and ensure the safe use of buildings,this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the quality management of construction projects under the EPC mode,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the quality control of construction projects from multiple levels in combination with specific requirements and standards,in order to improve the existing quality control loopholes and problems,comprehensively optimize the implementation safety and construction level of construction projects,and bring protection to construction users.
