Discussion on Process Optimization and Measures Optimization of Engineering Projects Based on Lean Construction Theory

精益建造是现代工程项目建设的主要指导理论之一。本文简单介绍了精益建造理论与流程优化理论,从建筑工艺、结构工艺、机电工艺几个方面,探究了基于精益建造理论的工程项目工艺优化方法,并从安全管理措施、质量管理措施、工期管理措施、成本管理措施几个方面,讨论了基于精益建造理论的工程项目措施优化要点,希望为精益建造理论在工程项目工艺、措施优化中的有效实践提供一些参考。

Lean construction is one of the main guiding theories of modern engineering project construction.This paper briefly introduces the lean construction theory and process optimization theory,explores the process optimization method of engineering project based on lean construction theory from the aspects of construction technology,structural technology and electromechanical technology,and from the aspects of safety management measures,quality management measures,construction period management measures and cost management measures.This paper discusses the key points of engineering project measure optimization based on lean construction theory,hoping to provide some references for the effective practice of lean construction theory in engineering project process and measure optimization.
