摘要
斜沟煤矿选煤厂针对重介浅槽分选机运行稳定性差、链条卡阻损坏故障率高、分选效率低等问题,从刮板强度、底板间隙、入料及流量调节控制等方面进行了多次调整改进。改进后,重介浅槽分选机数量效率提高至95%以上,可能偏差达到0.033,设备运行稳定性增加,减轻了岗位巡检劳动强度,应用效果良好。
Aiming at the problems of poor operation stability of the heavy medium shallow groove separator,high damage or failure rate such as chain blocking,and low separation efficiency,the coal preparation plant of Xiegou Coal Mine focuses on the strength of the scraper,the gap between the bottom plate,the feeding and the flow adjustment control.
