摘要
目的了解急诊科护士同情心疲乏现状,并分析其影响因素。方法选取浙江省宁波市16所医院急诊科268名在岗护士为研究对象。应用一般资料问卷、同情心疲乏量表、护士工作压力源量表及护士版NASA任务负荷指数量表进行问卷调查。结果268名急诊科护士同情心疲乏得分(103.56±11.79)分;工作压力得分(87.68±17.85)分;心理负荷得分(82.97±14.68)分;急诊科护士工作压力与心理负荷总分及各维度评分均与同情心疲乏评分呈正相关(P<0.01);急诊科护士工作年限、工作压力及心理负荷是其同情心疲乏的主要影响因素(P<0.01)。结论急诊科护士同情心疲乏处于中等水平,护士工作年限、工作压力及心理负荷影响其同情心疲乏,提示护理管理者可以通过护士情绪管理与缓解护士工作压力等方法,改善急诊科护士同情心疲乏程度。
Objective To explore the status of compassion fatigue of nurses in the emergency department of hospital,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 268 on-the-job nurses in the emergency department of 16 hospitals in Ningbo city,Zhejiang province were selected as the research subjects.The general information questionnaire,Compassion Fatigue Scale,Nurse Job Stressor Scale and Nurse Version NASA Task Load Index Scale were used to conduct questionnaire survey.Results A total of 268 emergency department nurses'compassion fatigue score was(103.56±11.79)points,work stress score was(87.68±17.85)points,and mental load score was(82.97±14.68)points.Emergency department nurses'total scores of work stress and mental load and scores of various dimensions both were positively correlated with compassion fatigue score(P<0.01).Emergency department nurses'working years,work pressure and psychological load were the main influencing factors of compassion fatigue(P<0.01).Conclusion The empathy fatigue of nurses in emergency department was in the middle level,and the nurses'working years,work stress and psychological load were the main influencing factors of empathetic fatigue.It suggested that nursing managers can improve the empathetic fatigue of nurses in emergency department by nurses'emotional management and relieving nurses'work stress.
