党领导卫生健康工作法治化的百年探索与实践——以党在不同时期的卫生健康治理实践为研究对象

百年来由中国共产党带领各族人民走出的独具中国特色的卫生健康治理之路,构建起了以四类卫生法律法规为主体的公共卫生健康法律体系,成就举世瞩目。建党百年,我国卫生健康治理连“点”成“线”、合“线”为“面”、立“面”为“体”,卫生健康治理理念提档升级,治理手段更新优化,治理能力有效提升,形成了崭新的卫生健康治理格局。在这百年卫生健康治理探索与实践的辉煌历程中,秉持实事求是理念,毫不动摇地坚持中国共产党领导和以人民的生命和健康为中心之主线,同时不断筑牢社会经济基础,提升法治保障,有效提升了我国卫生健康治理水平。

Over the past 100 years,Chinese Communist Party has led the people of all ethnic groups on a path of health governance with unique Chinese characteristics,and established a public health legal system with four types of health laws and regulations as the main body,and the achievements have attracted worldwide attention.In the cen⁃turies since the founding of the Party,China health governance has achieved remarkable efficiency by connecting"points"into"lines",combining"lines"into"faces",and erecting"faces"as"body".The governance concepts have been upgraded,governance methods have been updated and optimized,governance capacity has been effectively en⁃hanced,and a brand-new health governance pattern has been formed.The glorious history of the exploration and practice of health management for a hundred years has always been the unswerving adherence to the leadership of Chinese Communist Party and the central line of people's lives and health,upholding the concept of seeking truth from facts,building a solid social and economic foundation,improving the protection of the rule of law,and effective⁃ly improving the level of health management in China.
