儿童抗生素合理用药的对策研究

由于法律规定和监管不完善、医院抗生素管理方案不够先进、医生抗生素处方不合理、家长的用药观念错误和儿童专用抗生素研制动力较低等,滥用儿童抗生素会导致抗生素耐药性等一系列严重不良反应以及产生过度医疗等法律问题。鉴此,应从加强立法及监管力度,借鉴更优秀的医院抗生素管理方案,进一步提升医务人员业务素质、加强对家长合理使用抗生素的宣传教育和加大对儿童抗生素制剂及其替代品研发的投入等,以保障儿童安全有效地使用抗生素,避免过度医疗。

Due to imperfect legal provisions and supervision,inadequate antibiotic management programs in hospitals,doctors'unreasonable antibiotic prescriptions,parents'incorrect drug use concepts,and low motivation to develop special antibiotics for children,the abuse of antibiotics for children will lead to a series of serious adverse re⁃actions such as antibiotic resistance and legal problems of excessive medical treatment.As a result,we should strengthen legislation and regulation,draw lessons from other hospitals'more excellent antibiotic management,fur⁃ther enhance medical personnel'professional quality,strengthen the publicity and education of reasonable use of an⁃tibiotics to parents,and invest more to children antibiotics preparation and its research and development of alterna⁃tive,etc.,in order to ensure children's safe and effective use of antibiotics and avoid excessive medical treatment.
