摘要
在突发公共卫生事件中,由于港口从业人员权益保障法律体系与救助制度存在漏洞,使其在生活环境改善、工资发放、劳动合同解除以及工伤认定等环节均面临健康权益保障的问题。港口企业应尽快改善从业人员的工作生活环境、与其构建和谐劳动关系的方式解决此类问题;同时,应从立法、执法、司法方面以及港口企业依法防控等加强港口从业人员权益保障的法治化建设。
In case of a public health emergency,due to the loopholes in the legal system and relief system for the protection of port employees'rights and interests,they are faced with problems in the protection of their health rights and interests in the aspects of living environment improvement,salary payment,labor contract termination and work-related injuries.Port enterprises should solve these problems by improving their working and living environ⁃ment and constructing harmonious labor relations as soon as possible.At the same time,we should strengthen the le⁃gal construction of protecting the rights and interests of port employees from the aspects of legislation,law enforce⁃ment and judicature as well as port enterprises'prevention and control according to law.
